A migration hotline has been set up

The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs has launched a pilot migration information line project to provide up-to-date information more quickly and conveniently.

The Migration Information Phone number 67209600 is designed to provide quick and easy access to information for those clients who need to apply for residence documents, such as visas or residence permits for legal residence in Latvia. The telephone also provides answers to questions regarding the granting of temporary protection status, residence permit or visa cancellation for citizens of Ukraine.

The functioning of the migration Info-number is ensured by the administration’s outsourcing provider SIA TET.
