Apples, honey and muesli – Polish stand at international fair in Israel

The 38th Israfood Fair took place in Tel Aviv, Israel, from 22 to 24 November 2022. As part of measures to promote Polish agricultural food products on foreign markets, the National Agricultural Support Centre organised the national stand «Poland Tasty».

Israfood International Food & Beverage Fair is the most important trade event for the Israeli food and beverage industry. They are a meeting and networking platform for producers, importers, distributors and retail chain representatives. They are attended by producers and distributors of food and beverages from Israel and around the world.

At the Polish national stand «Poland Tasty» Polish companies presented their offer, promoting, among others: apples, frozen fruit, canned fruit and vegetables, soft drinks, honey, rice cakes, breakfast cereals, instant foods, as well as cereal snacks. and bread mixes.

The presented product aroused great interest among visitors to the fair. In addition, importers and distributors who visited the stand asked many questions about the company’s export offer of dairy products (cheese), sweets (chocolate), preserves (apple puree/mousse), blueberries, prepared foods. manufactured frozen foods, pasta and butter.

Poland’s presentation at the fair was accompanied by a trade mission, organised by the National Agricultural Support Centre (KOWR) in cooperation with ZBH in Tel Aviv on 21 November this year. The mission included a visit to the largest Israeli retail chains Shufersal and Rami Levy.

The representatives of Polish companies had a chance to learn about the current assortment and prices on the Israeli market. In addition, representatives of the retail chains took part in B2B talks organised at the stand in the last days of the fair.
