Edvards Smiltens: «Today we remember our heroes, they are special people. Heroism is neither bravado nor ostentation. It has to do with sacrifice. I was able to sacrifice the most precious thing, myself, for something greater. A free, independent country is worth whatever it takes», Speaker of the Seimas Edvards Smiltens said on Wednesday, November 30, addressing participants of the Freedom Fallen School.
