Participants in the conference will have the opportunity to hear the views of OECD (The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) expert Gamze Igrioglu about the prerequisites for implementing the YouthTest.

The expert will also present examples of good practice from other countries and discuss how and whether to implement the YouthTest in Latvia together with experts from the State Chancellery, Ministry of Education and Culture and the Latvian Youth Council.

The conference is being held within the framework of the Ministry of Education and Science’s State Youth Policy Programme 2022-2024, financed from the state budget, and the project «Implementation of European Youth Dialogue in Latvia 2022-2024», financed by the European Commission.
