Joe Biden’s speech at the Kubicki Arcade in Warsaw will take place on Tuesday, 21 February, at 17:30. The US Embassy has published a communiquĂŠ inviting everyone to attend the event. In order to see the live performance by the Head of the US, you need to register in advance. Please find below instructions on how to do so.

The US Embassy in Warsaw issued a communiquĂŠ on Wednesday, 15 February, on President Joe Biden’s visit to Poland. On 20-22 February, the US head will meet with President Andrzej Duda and the leaders of the Bucharest Nine. One of the highlights of the visit will be a special speech to be delivered by the American leader on Tuesday 21 February at 17:30.

You are cordially invited to a speech by President Joe Biden on Tuesday 21 February 2023 at 17:30. The event will take place in the Kubicki Arcades (Royal Castle Gardens). Details of the arrival time and exact location will be announced on 20 February, the US Embassy’s official Facebook page says.

Five steps for those wishing to hear Biden's speech live

Anyone wishing to hear the US President’s speech at Kubicki Arcades should do the following:

  1. Click on this link.
  2. A page will then open with the following content: “You are cordially invited to attend President Joe Biden’s speech on Tuesday 21 February 2023. Details of the time and venue will be provided closer to the event. To register, please complete the following page”.
  3. After reading the information, follow the link labeled ‘click here’.
  4. The next step is to enter your name and email address.
  5. A message will then appear: ‘Thank you for registering. Official details of the event will be published on pl.usembassy.gov no later than Monday evening 20 February”.

The Embassy reminds you to expect security checks during the event.

“Large bags, backpacks and umbrellas are prohibited. Please remember to dress warmer,” the statement reads.

According to unofficial reports, about 10,000 people will be able to see the US President’s speech live.
