On the other hand, participants will be able to learn more about digitising and adapting content for different platforms from the perspective of Latvian television news service.

At the end of the training, journalists will also have the opportunity to take part in a hands-on session exploring open access applications that are easy to use in their daily work with content adaptation.

Participation in the training is free of charge and participants will also have the opportunity to receive a certificate from Vidzeme University of Technology’s Knowledge and Technology Centre for attending the advanced training seminar.

Regional media have an opportunity to attend trainings in three cities – on November 24 in Talsi, Talsi Tautas nama, on November 29 in Valmiera, Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences and on November 30 in Rezekne at «Gorse». Training times are planned from 10.00-14.00.
