The 8th edition of the national educational programme «Financial Assets» has started

The mission of the programme «Finansoaktywni» is to teach young people financial management. This year’s edition runs under the slogan «Budget. Plan of Action!». Students learn about the benefits of responsible expenditure planning, where public finances come from, and how to support their local community through participatory budgeting.

«We want young people to realise how important it is to plan their expenses wisely in everyday life and that responsible money management pays off. We are building people’s awareness that your delivery and validity, can in the formation and placement of their neighbourhood and, by the way, be a bast in the placement of the created creation. I invite both students and their teachers to participate in the Financially Active», says Minister of Finance Magdalena Rzeczkowska.

The Finansoaktywni programme was launched on 24 November this year. To participate you need to fill in an application form at www.finansoaktywni.pl.

A set of free teaching materials will be delivered to each school which includes: a lesson plan for the teacher, worksheets for the students, a presentation, a video, a teaching poster and a competition card. The number of kits is limited (525 pieces). However, once the materials run out, an electronic version of the materials will be available for download at www.finansoaktywni.pl.
